The work culture is very poor, poonam singh chandel is the Vp and her behavior is like hitler and everyone is the puppet of hers. She doesn't know the work and behave as she is the superior. She do back bitching of own employees. Ad lyal doesn't know what his employees are doing. The company is a circus, which is run by some navy retired officers, who don't have any corporate knowledge and just making the campus as their base camp.its not a corporate it's just a place where you can't find any corporate vibes.
