Great company to work for. Good work life balance. There are lots of opportunities to work on a wide range of applications and tech stacks. There are a wide range of teams and management styles. If you work hard you will be rewarded with better raises, bonuses and advancement opportunities. The benefits are good. Vacation is great -15 days at start, 20 days after just 2 years and 25 after 10. Plus 14-17 holidays each year including the whole week between Christmas and New years. Great 401k matching. Company contributes 4% even if you contribute 0. Then they will 100% match up to 4% more of your contributions for a total of 8% company contribution. Great bonuses....Read More

Automotive industry can be a little unstable with frequent layoffs. Lot of leadership changes, mixed messages and general uncertainty from day to day.

The employees are very friendly and easy to work with. The projects to work on a difficult and lead to you to learning lots of new technologies

Dislikes

Work life balance isn't great depending on the team and company communication isn't very clear at times
