No work life balance. Sick culture and biased attitude . The whole school functions on WhatsApp conversation.Dominating attitude of teachers is encouraged.

Dislikes

Long working hours and after school hours conversations till midnight in official functioning WhatsApp group condemning others is the normal routine. So much is needed to revive the school to benefit the students.but nothing is done for that.

Work Details

Wanted to do so much to bring the standard of the school up to do justice for the students but was not allowed to do so. Teachers were encouraged by the management and told not to listen to the principal.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
