There is nothing to like about GCS. Mr. Gurmeet Arora is such a pathetic boss. The workplace has no growth to offer. There is no take care for the employees. The boss even make you work on the so called social hour. There is lot of overtime work without any compensation. Last but not the least, there is salary delay and they never give you your pending dues.

Dislikes

The workplace is a 9 hours for 6 days working. Even after it there is a lot of overtime work. They give 2 holidays a month but these holidays are just vague. They are heavy on cutting salaries of employees and do not consider there view points. The job has no growth to offer. The salary increament, social hour is all scam.
