Toxic work environment , no career growth

Dislikes

They hire and fire people, they never retrain employees, they have the most poorest working condition , no appraisal if asked they'll fire people . The pressure is high . They hire people for as one job role and make them to other job and not what their job descriptions. They hire faculty and give them no classes and make them SME for making their books .
