Likes

Really do not have anything good to say i have been forced to send employee home for non performance. There has been 32 resignations in B2C & Retail under the new GM regime.

Dislikes

The Management is not concerned about the front line and employees. They are sacked with in 6 month of joining. They want the managers have to be inline with the General Mangers, RSMs are not allowed to be in the filed with the team instead they want them to be only working on excel and ppt, which at the end of the day gets changed every day, Taking a leave is a crime, one needs to attend Teams Call even when on leave or on Sundays....Read More
