My reporting partner was really helpful and understanding

Dislikes

There is no structure to the organisation, there is no clear bifurcation of responsibilities. The Managing Partner practices favouritism among the associates, there are people who have been allowed complete Work from home who do not join in day to day tasks even when required. However, associates who work from office, getting a work from home for genuine reasons is a task.
