Management and On-Rolls treat the Off-roles(FTCs) even at Team Leader Level as bondage labours Politics is on the top in Promotions, Leaves, Work KRAs, Transfer's, OTJ, IJP. Management system and Working Culture is very poor and onroll are just chill employees, they just put pressure on offroles to complete the work on time Anyhow. Lunch quality is not good they served to there employee on daily basis, politics is also there in this facility as when senior management visit happened they served high quality lunch to show off. Ahh.. Last but not least Nepotism and Favoritism is next level politics in the company in Hiring onrolls and promotions and both are done by the top level managers.
