No job security. Anyday they can fire you without intimation. Full of politics from ground level management. They will also threaten you after resign for BGV for next company CEO don't know these things I suggest don't join this company

Initially when joined there seemed lot of opprtunity of getting exposure but as few months passed tge true colors of company came right in front

Dislikes

1. Leaders - who hardly have leadership skills and are not even open to learning 2. Culture- Hr does fake ratings promotion to get good reviews so they can hire new people easily and thts bluff cus the attrition rate is pretty high 3. They have grown in number by just increasing quantity with no or least rettion of customers Pepole should go for next illion or wheelseye or other option rather than wasting and getting trapped in their contracts … which they do Dont join this organisation if you are looking for stable long term growth For 6 month stint its good to get exposure And the sales cofounder just talks shit with no knowledge of sales capabillity building...Read More
