The best company I had ever choosen to work with.. Employee centric company that values thier employee.. Timely appraisals... It's always fun going to work.. As we say we should enjoy doing what we do... Working in FITTERFLY is a perfect example of this phrase.. No toxic culture.. Neither pressurized atmosphere as such especially when we talk about sales.

Even though being in b2c sales the pressure is not much. Management is very supportive marketing can be improved. Overall 1 year was like a piece of cake.
