You will not have much hectic work to complete on a daily basis , because they have no clients or solid work. So most of the time you sit idly without much work coming in. So u can have the work life balance. Also they hire anyone who speaks average English.

Dislikes

Everything. They follow different protocols for different employees. If you have an offer and put down ur paper , u ll asked to buy out ur notice period if u propose for notice period negotiation. That’s how they make money. Or if u r ready to serve notice period, they ll leave u in a day or two. I have seen massive lay offs happened. Like job security is a joke in this company. This is a start up , but I don’t see it growing solidly. This company is ending up no where. If we associate with it in a long run , we are going down too....Read More

I love the team-oriented culture at federal soft systems. everyone is incredibly supportive and helpful, and it's clear that everyone is working towards a common goal. " The management at the Federal soft systems is excellent. They're approachable, responsive, and always looking for ways to support their employees"

Dislikes

The workload can be quite heavy at times, and it can be challenging to maintain a work-life balance communication can be a bit of a challenge at Federal soft systems. Sometimes it can be difficult to get the information you need from other departments or colleagues
