company can get all dislikes in the world with zero growth . . zero growth . Infrastructure Manger/IT Manager is horrible with with zero leadership skill. . Micro management(Nano management) . No work life balance . No flexibility for leaves and work from home in case of new self weddings, emergencies or any maternity or baby care .Maternity leaves for women are for 6 months only and is straightly followed else you will have to opt for loss of pay. No Work from home . no appraisals and promotions as company is under loss . Waste of carrer for freshers...Read More

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary at start would be good but no appraisal and promotion until u do extra work apart from ur regular work. Felt that management is more inclined towards south indian employee.

Dislikes

Politics, appraisal is less, flexibility is not there , strict timings won't recommend experience guys to join
