The only thing I liked about F5 was the culture in Seattle and the team outside of India.

Dislikes

I joined F5 motivated to position itself as a leader in the security domain, however, the management was on a different time zone. While they have weekly reviews, it was never about 3-6 months plan on accounts, considering we aren't selling Credit Cards. Absolutely no guidance from so called Manager or the management team. It's almost like they have some personal grudge against you for joining F5, which is very strange. Barring few team members, the overall team needs a revamp. They are going through heavy attrition rate in F5 India, not a place which I would recommend....Read More
