Not at all any such, as this company have no management how to deal with employee how to assigned work and even no plan why they hire any employee. There owner Mr. & Mrs. Dhopte are nice couple but they have make dumb and rude lady as a HR who think she is a boss and treat any employee anyway and she can fire anytime she can give you lame feedback and feel you dumb. I will never suggest to join this organization for growth purposes if you are working and settle somewhere before hire they might tell you about USA visa and give you some hike and might tell you hike within few months. if you are fresher or unemployed then only you can prefer this company else you will find yourself unemployed within few months.
