There is only one thing to like about company is on time salary.

Dislikes

Worst HR policies are there any time HR comes and tell anyone that you are fired from the job without any notice. You not get salary slip till you ask many times. No work growth. They no extra work compensation. There is no training. Worst politics within department. Worst management. There is no security in night when employee work either female employee or male employee management never available there. Different rules for different person.

Likes

Not at all any such, as this company have no management how to deal with employee how to assigned work and even no plan why they hire any employee. There owner Mr. & Mrs. Dhopte are nice couple but they have make dumb and rude lady as a HR who think she is a boss and treat any employee anyway and she can fire anytime she can give you lame feedback and feel you dumb. Technical HOD is also not have any management or technical skill as such to run the whole employee she without any proper management.

Dislikes

I will never suggest to join this organization for growth purposes if you are working and settle somewhere before hire they might tell you about USA visa and give you some hike and might tell you hike within few months. if you are fresher or unemployed then only you can prefer this company else you will find yourself unemployed within few months.
