Dislikes

1. Work culture is super toxic with expectations like working over time and on weekends without being compensated in any manner whatsoever. 2. Salary deductions even if you are 10 minutes late. Genuine reasons are also not considered. Official timings are 9:30 to 6, but you will end up being stuck up in office till 8-9 (sometimes even till 10:30-11) because of work. 3. No wfh even in dire circumstances -- medical emergency. You either come to the office and work or have your salary deducted for the days you cannot travel to office. Its was great experience in the Everest Brand Solution. here i learnt new concepts of designing and latest technology also, another plus point is that my colleagues are very help full and i enjoyed there company
