At that time of my working periods, company staffs behaved friendly.

Dislikes

1. The company does not provide training in engineering for a fresh engineering graduate, 2. The company use engineers for material delivery, material purchase and for all office administration work (Including washing, cleaning, etc.,), 3. The company cannot provide a bonus, increment, incentive, and monthly one casual leave for up to 2 years and the engineer's salary is Rs.5000/- to Rs.6000/-. 4. If engineers go for commissioning work to nearby cities, nearby states and north-India, then all up/down travel, food, accommodation expenses are carried by the engineers only. The company will provide the total amount of expenses after the 6 to 9 months, even though if the expenses are gone above Rs.20000/- also (average salary is Rs.6000/- for engineers). They cannot care about the engineers day to day life. 5. If one engineer interested in wiring, the company cannot allow doing wiring / if another one engineer interested in programming, the company cannot allowing to do programming. 6. In rare cases, if engineers growing in any field, then the company terribly spoil the engineer's mind. 7. The company easily brainwash fresher's mind and the important slogan is "the company will grow next month". 8. In each and every day, the company implements the new rules and regulations. 9. The company statement is "if you come on time then you have to go on time if any works you will stay and do" but the fact is most of the time there is no work in the company but will stay in company up to 9 pm. 10.
