Working with ESCUBE gives opportunities to learn but it depends on you weather take it or leave it in given circumstances and environment However you have to learn on yourself. I love the fact that i am part of the team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more tha 9 hours for completing work. In that i have to attend calls, clients, vendors, purchase, co ordinate, planning, design, workmens etc. Decent appraisal is given per year but people with big dreams cannot be in this same company.

Genarraly, My work is on sites of execution work which completely relates to the mechanical field. I have to manage day to day work and reporting
