Towards delay in salary, 'Wellbeing' is a brand promise of A-1 Fence to its employees. The intention has always been that funds be managed to ensure employee wellbeing as priority, this lately has resulted in salaries being pushed a few days beyond the scheduled release date but we never have seen salary lapse during any month. We appreciate your support during this time and be rest assured that management is working each day through various initiatives which are working towards returning back to the old salary release cycle as communicated by the senior leaders at A-1 Fence.
