Nothing as such except you will have good learning curve for initial period. But they dont have any structured learning. Due to this people join and leave in initial six months.

Dislikes

Company outlook is very negative, it managed out of London office and don't value for Indian culture. For example, employee welfare and salary is much higher compared to India employee- I beleive they consider Indian labour - Sasta labour. Salary benchmarking is lowest level.
