Lack of coordination among team members and unclear roles. Unprofessional behavior from a person named Siddiq, causing severe stress and mental health issues. Indifference from the CEO when issues were reported. Former employees left due to unpaid salaries, and current employees are struggling under harsh policies. Threats and unprofessionalism when trying to resign. Delayed or missing offer letters and intent letters, causing uncertainty. Employees forced to teach at Entellus Academy without additional pay. Advice to Management: Address employee grievances sincerely and take corrective action. Clearly define roles and ensure a professional work environment. They unfairly deduct salary for being just 2 minutes late, showing zero consideration for employees’ efforts or circumstances. On top of that, they enforce absurd and exploitative policies like the "sandwich leave," where taking a leave on Friday results in deductions for Saturday and Sunday as well, even if those are official weekends. These rules are designed to squeeze employees financially and emotionally, creating an environment of fear and frustration. Such petty and unethical practices clearly reflect their lack of respect for employees and their well-being.
