Endurance technology Ltd. Aurangabad and Pune plant is good but other locations like Halol nothing to like...

There is so many good in endurance but halol plant not as per endurance technology it's looks like one person descision based company and culture is very bad. Work life balance zero. Job satisfaction also zero. No improvement idea there is only iti pass people handling the unit.

But in Halol plant no Quality only quantity is a thumb rule of Mr Vishal kharat ,he is uneducated person ,in Halol plant ,lot of old employees resign due to Vishal kharat ,lot of new peson who supply wine to kharat ,his performance is good ,all old employees is enemy of Vishal kharat , if Vishal kharat in Halol plant no progress of Endurance group ,all fake kaizen & award taking by kharat ,which is not successful so don't join endurance Halol plant ,his behaviour is not good on operator, supervisor, very bad person ,but why plant head always take care of Vishal kharat ??
