I worked in the CRM team of ELK and was based at Chennai. My TL helped me gain experience and knowledge on how to work in a professional environment. I was supported many times as I had joined as a fresher.

Dislikes

Occassionally, I used to get late from office.

Likes

The best part is training sessions given by the boss and team leaders. The feedback sessions are also taken on regular basis wherein the work understanding is done.
