Likes

Good working culture. Usually light and a lot of laughs but management want everyone to be highly involved with their work. The work culture is good but there are follow-ups for all the given works.

Dislikes

You need to be attentive and fully concentrated on your work. It brings some tension into your life. You cannot do like other companies in which you can claim that you are working from home and spending holidays in any hill station.

Learning atmosphere and students are given lot of respect. Unlimited classes and tests are provided to the students.

Dislikes

Very busy days. Customer focus brings lot of pressure on employees.
