Provide great platform to fresher and good opportunity to learn and gain experience. Friendly working environment. Fix day shift with alternate off. No salary issue.

Dislikes

No incentive, No bonus. Most pathetic thing is that there is no motivation scheme. Moreover, if client is happy with the service provided by emplyee and provides amount for motivation they send amount to the company account instead of distibuting that amount between employees.
