People here are very talented but not getting enough recognition. US VP baby sitting India VP who dont know anything about the work done by any of the functions. US employees do not respect India employees, heights of discrimination.

Dislikes

Leaders do not have a vision and goal. Discrimination against India employees by the US people. Majority of the work done by India employees and credit taken by US people who are useless and dont have the skills required for the job. Its almost racist kind of behavior displayed by US people against Indians. No respect and no recognition. No flexibility and worst culture across US and India, however India is little better. People will not stay in this company for long and company will not survive for long....Read More
