The different types of projects at the company are good. And hybrid work

Dislikes

The processes for each project is too demanding. The processes are more than the actual work for the project. You are expected to stay back till 10 PM if there is any delivery on normal days. There is no work-life balance because of this. The culture is ok-ok they say they care about your health and all but their SLAs are so rigid and small that you can't focus on your health, mentally and physically it's very draining. After a point there is no work satisfaction. And now that they have started calling people to office, which is in Manyata tech park it's a lot of travelling for people staying far, and on the days you go to office you'll be logged in by 10 or 11 PM because the kind of work and SLA that is there.
