Likes

Pros : Management is Good Supportive always ready to groom the employees. Management means Paliwal sir and Ankush Tyagi Sir Only. Till any one of them is there you can join ECE under their guidance you will grow definitely.

Dislikes

Cons : product is not up to the mark, delivery timelines are not honored. Which is why you need to get headache of client calls, you should ready to Handel client as factory will not support you for the delivery of materials.

Work Details

In starting work life balance is Good but as you will spend 1 year there and get some order after that work life balance will not be there as client will always call you and you are not able to give them any solution.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
