The way it started with a vision of helping people of India.

Dislikes

Almost everything, lack of understanding & abundance of politics in management, pathetic work culture, extended working hours (day & night including weekends), irresponsible architects and CTO, blame game, no salary benefit, revenge culture if you do not nod whatever management say.

- No work life balance - Sometimes u have to work on holidays, due to the extra tasks - Seniority rule still follows here, u have to call sir/mam if he is senior to you
