Workload during peak hour:- One challenge of working at E-Smart Mart is the high workload during peak hours. The store can become incredible busy, especially on weekends and holidays, which can lead to stress & fatigue for employees. More staff or improved scheduling during these periods could alleviate some of the pressure.

Overall the work experience is great but I would like to address one point which needs improvement. When it comes to team meetings, I have noticed that the team members' views and opinions are not heard or considered.
