All the knowledge is given about the products and always motivating for the new challenges given to the employees. I am very thankful to this company for refining my skills and communication with our customers. All the staff members are very friendly and love to work here.

I have a small suggestion for my company, all the employees should divide the work according to their skills. Junior staff should also be given the opportunity to learn and grow their skills which will help them to promote their designation. Controlling and decision-making should be done by one person.6

Workload during peak hour:- One challenge of working at E-Smart Mart is the high workload during peak hours. The store can become incredible busy, especially on weekends and holidays, which can lead to stress & fatigue for employees. More staff or improved scheduling during these periods could alleviate some of the pressure.

I have been working full-time with this company since the opening as a store manager and my experience working here has been amazing so far. Not only my work, but the people I work with are very supportive and humble. I believe a business becomes successful with team effort and the people with whom you spend most of the time matter a lot. The work environment is very positive and everyone working here is given equal importance which motivates the employees.

Dislikes

Overall the work experience is great but I would like to address one point which needs improvement. When it comes to team meetings, I have noticed that the team members' views and opinions are not heard or considered. I truly believe that our managers and seniors are capable enough to make decisions for the betterment of the company while the other team members should also be given the opportunity to express their thoughts and views.
