Well if you are looking for a Company where you would like to just sit and work this is the best place, if you are good at office politics this is the best to be, crucial level of favoritism, people at senior level are sitting in the same positions for years with lack of knowledge and expertise, high level of office politics and toxic work environment, this is business run by family members and which all lack key skills to act as team leaders and managers. I am highly satisfied by Dynamics Square - management, colleagues, HR, accounts, Sales, all are very supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing do dislike as such. I would say some areas of improvement: 1. HR policies - there must be solid HR policies for employees. 2. Workstation - there must be designated place for all working employees.
