Work-life balance is a joke here, no professional ethics at all, salaries are never on time and management never takes the responsibility for delayed salaries, rather they blame the employees for their delayed salaries. Company policy makes sure to create a toxic culture. Management is terrible and induces office politics so that their policies are not questioned. They manipulate their rankings and ratings. Payments are deducted for paid leaves too, stating that the total amount of the paid leaves will be credited at the end of the year, but they never disclose that the repayment could takes months or even years.
