Employees are friendly. Leave Policy is good but getting leaves is difficult. Health Insurance Policy is very good.

Career growth is limited. Your roles can be swapped by the management as their wish. Also some seniors are inefficient and they delegate their task to the juniors. As a junior, expect to deliver with minimum guidance/help from seniors. There are few seniors who are very knowledgeable and helpful too but you have to be extremely lucky to join their team. Work-life balance maybe affected. Also, the management induces fake pressure on the employees. There's no scope for training/learning new technologies.
