Like part is that you get your salary credited on 26 or 27 every month.

Dislikes

The basic policies are not in place including grievance leave. The management has the attitude saying "throw people out" in case they are not performing. All big talks in management and no support. You will not be given work based on your skills and you will be judged. If you are AP manager, you will be given MDM team to manage andso on. Your probation can be extended as well. The rejection rate during interview is very high, they expect an fresher also to know basic accounting before selecting. You have to work more than 9 hours to prove your dedication....Read More
