I liked the work life balance and the projects. It's a good company for retirement.

Dislikes

Health insurance policy was becoming better but suddenly this year it became bad. 50% pay only for advance treatments. It's like people usually get in government jobs. Another bad thing is learning, there's little to nothing on technical trainings. All you will get is excel, powerpoint, power point and some behavioural trainings. And that's all the time.

One of the best companies to work for. Work culture is very good. People are very supportive and kind. Flexible hours and flexible work mode, cab allowance, food allowance, shift allowance, on call allowance and broadband allowance are given to employees. Joining bonus and relocation benefits are also provided. Dover has very high ethical standards and morality in technical leadership and HR departments.
