To much politics Didn't have liberty to run the team on my own Here Team Leads are helpless compare to Reportee To much of Micro management Lack of training and coaching the one we used to get it's just internal training just to show the L&D team is working but on ground you have not much useful training and support from management Specially in IT team Leads you have to work 24/7 but no credit and at the end your decisions and anything will be controlled....Read More
