This is a great place to work with phenomenally experienced teachers in various subject fields, one would develop resilience to work best after better as you spend years here. This place would make someone a subject expertise.

Dislikes

Some loop holes exists like one on one appraisal , progress feedback to employees are not given, more broader aspects in relation to employee welfare has to be developed.

Work policy: Work from office but online classes are enforced during climatic challenges specially in mid June and January

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
