Warning: Proceed with caution as this workplace offers no benefits and presents numerous challenges. Employees receive no healthcare benefits and are subject to dictatorial management from rude owners. HR lacks autonomy and functions as mere puppets. Team structure lacks hierarchy. Basic amenities such as drinkable water and cafeteria access are severely lacking, with employees often having to plead for basic necessities like tea and coffee. Inadequate restroom facilities, particularly for the large number of female staff, exacerbate the poor working conditions. Lack of soft skill training contributes the frequent arguments and a toxic culture. Salary deductions for minor infractions, such as arriving five minutes late, are common, with many employees never receiving their full pay. Expectations of working long hours, including Sundays and holidays, demonstrate a flagrant disregard for work-life balance.
