Limited Growth Opportunities and Unfair Practices I joined the company with high hopes for professional development, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The company seems to prioritize hiring only family members and relatives, creating a stagnant work environment with minimal career growth opportunities for others. The management's reliance on nepotism is evident, as decisions are often skewed in favor of family members, leaving non-relatives feeling undervalued and overlooked. The company's structure appears to be more about catering to familial connections than fostering a fair and merit-based work environment. One major concern is the lack of consideration for employee concerns and problem-solving. The HR manager and assistant HR have backgrounds that don't reflect a strong foundation in professional and educational excellence. This seems to impact their ability to address employee issues effectively, hindering a supportive workplace culture. Overall, the company's exclusive focus on relatives and its failure to prioritize professional competence over personal connections have resulted in a work environment that lacks diversity, growth opportunities, and fair treatment for all employees....Read More

Working at DevCare Solutions has been a challenging experience. The lack of diversity in the workplace and the company's heavy reliance on familial connections create an environment that feels exclusionary.
