They provide course for employees to get insights on process and increase efficiency. Was a place where you can have flexible work, you can go home have lunch and be back etc.

Dislikes

Unnecessary politics and toxic work environment with absolutely no job security! I was put into TL position when the previous TL left for a better opportunity. When he came back, his friend i.e. my station manager Padhmanabhan R paired up with our manager Ranjith Ramanujam and literally called me up and told me to resign or else they will take records from the past circumstances of less closure and ask HR to terminate me, This call happened multiple times way outside work shift like 9pm 10pm etc and finally I resigned as I cannot put up with this stress....Read More

Things were good until my station manager changed and he wanted to get rid of me so he can give the job to his friend
