Curtis group is good global company to work. Global work culture is very good . Operations are very smooth. No work pressure as not target oriented. For years it work on steady growth . Core management not much ambitious. Its privately held company . Bonus are good but not based on performance.

Dislikes

This is for Curtis India review. Management is directional less. No professional work environment. People are hire based on relations and not on merits. HR is hopeless and manipulative Be aware. Few old collogues of MD are favorable position in the company they are not judged for performance or work, These people are getting paid for years without any value addition. Retirement company for favorable people Management don't have vision and Global team blindly trust on local management. This is very serious issue . need to be addressed urgently Those employees tries to change this they are thrown away from the company in one day. Don't expect Job security.
