unfortunately, my experience with this company is quite disappointing, the work culture is heavily influenced by office politics and many employees seem unhappy, there is little to no security, The HR department in particular needs significant improvement, not only in how they communicate but also in how they support employees. Instead of offering help, the interaction feels judgemental and unsupportive....Read More

Dislikes

The HR department particularly some of the female members, need to improve their communication skills and approachability. Instead of being dismissive and judgemental, a more supportive and understanding attitude would greatly enhance the employee experience.
