Everything is so silly and fabricated about this company.No local HR to even hear you out. No appraisals since 3 years of joining this organisation. Always a standard rating given when women go on maternity leave. I worked hard for this however was not rated for the hard work i did is last 8 months but i was made to realize i was non productive for remaining 4 months.This company does not celebrate womanhood....Read More
