Nothing to like about this company. Management needs to be changed as nothing is properly streamlimed. No proper guidance frm the HR head who is is given uoat importance. She has right to hire and fire people left right and center. Actually she needs to be replaced with someone who can do justice to that designation. Taking leave is a big issue. A very bad experience working for this company. The main and only reason not to work here is the HR, she is bad witj english communication, has he own set of rules and everyone has to follow it, humiliates all the employees irrespevtive of the reason and designation , be it the house keeping to the proceas head and the owner and ceoof the company. If atvall a feedbaxk had to be taken on here from all the current employees working in the heaf oddice at town, you wont be surprised finding 90% people giving negative feedback about her.
