Salary is paid out on time. Generally, this place has understanding and helpful colleagues and seniors.

Dislikes

The workload is extremely high. On several days, you end up working way beyond shift hours. The pay structure and appraisals are also disappointing. Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. No leaves on national holidays or public holidays in the name of capacity too. Work colleagues were decent office space was cramped up didn’t have many positives here

Dislikes

Company culture and is not appropriate and work is lots of micromanaging goes in which takes a toll. HR isn’t supportive please have all the discussions on mail before joining as things tend to change and then you are asked for evidence of any promises made during joining period
