There is nothing to like about this organisation. They just think that developers are some forced labours and they can ask them to do anything at any time.

Dislikes

As I mentioned they treat developers like labours and the CTO is so rude and he scolds people like anything. He uses bad words like Nalayak to developers, they don't respect employees at all, they keep making you feel as you're worthless. There is so much politics involved in such tiny company. Not a good place to work at all, you'll loose your mental health and this company don't care about it at all. They don't care about your mental health or the physical health, they'll even ask you to work at midnight and no comp-off or benefits will be provided for that....Read More
