My colleagues are very helpful and friendly, creating a supportive environment. It's a great place to start if you are a fresher, with opportunities to learn new technologies. The company is growing and is committed to helping its employees grow as well. The office location is excellent with good metro connectivity. Opportunity to work with high profile clients.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there can be a lack of clarity in communication regarding project expectations. It would be nice to see more structured management, with professional development programs or mentorship initiatives. Encouraging a better work-life balance could lead to increased productivity and employee satisfaction. There are times when important updates or changes aren't communicated promptly.

It's not a company it's an institution where employees come ohh sorry workers come and work in there time they didn't get any appraisal at all from the past 1 and half years I m working on the same salary . They will not motivate you on your good work .. if manager have your image negative they will always target you everytime ... Ihaven't hear anything good about this company .
