Freedom to work but within a specified limit, work life balance is good

Dislikes

no clear vision on business expansion, very less personal motivation, no plans of any training to improve the system, systemization is very difficult, interests of some people are treated more valuable than overall development of the company, business run through projects rather than strict sales targets so very less opportunity foroverall development, no budget for marketing or business expansion, no separate strategy for India and treated same as of other countries, job security of middle and junior management entirely depends on top management perspective, no formal recruitment or induction process....Read More
