- Not a single tool and methodology is used in development phase. - 3rd class development process project start without any requirement. - Never share proper policy and rules, always change rule according to their convenience based on individual and do not provide confirmation letter even after 4-5 months. - No job safety, immediatetermination of employees with non sense reasons. - Strict timing and latemark issue. - No coding standard is followed, projects developed are worse than garbage. - It looks like you are working in a store room, unhygien issues and bad office environment. - They do not even provide their official mail id for office work, you will have to use your personal mail id. - They will always ask you to work on saturday and sunday. - They will always call you for discussion and work at lunch time even when you are enjoying your meal. - Always delay in salary....Read More
